Fire & Safety Industries Pty Ltd operates the AssetCONNECT software.
This policy applies to all users who download/use/view the AssetCONNECT app and/or content while using/accessing the app.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal or IP data.
AssetCONNECT accounts are created by Fire & Safety Industries Pty Ltd.
Username and Passwords are generated by Fire & Safety Industries Pty Ltd and are provided to authorised users for the purpose of accessing and logging in to the iPad app. Login details including password resets can only be modified by Fire & Safety Industries Pty Ltd and will be provided to the authorised user.
AssetCONNECT does not allow for ‘Push Notifications’.
AssetCONNECT does not store files. Once the app has been disconnected and Bluetooth connectivity has been lost, all data will be restored to original settings.
AssetCONNECT does not use ‘Cookies’ to collect information.
FSI does not share information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish AssetCONNECT’s functionality.
FSI may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
In the future, FSI may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, AssetCONNECT account information may be among the transferred assets.
AssetCONNECT Username and Password information can only be accessed by those authorised with access rights to the app. FSI are required to keep this information confidential.
Remember that no method of transmission, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect this information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Accessing, Changing, or Deleting Information

AssetCONNECT may delete your login information at any time and for any reason, such as technical needs, legal concerns, removal of idle accounts, data loss, or any other reason.
