Maintenance Planner

You will be responsible for planning and scheduling services to support our Maintenance Teams in the delivery of the maintenance schedule. Your duties will include:

  • Ensure long and short range planning of resource requirements to undertake necessary maintenance and serving tasks ensuring customer asset compliance
  • Building and maintaining an optimised 12-month maintenance activity schedule
  • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and externally, to ensure maintenance planning and scheduling activities are optimised
  • Ensure that all works are planned, have tasks assessments completed, time estimates calculated for each discipline and all materials identified, sourced, and ordered
  • Scheduling of all maintenance tasks based on risk-assessed priority and completed work reviewed against plan to ensure compliance
  • Work within FSI business systems to accurately capture the maintenance work (e.g. service schedules, asset history etc)
  • Work with the Branches toward being a service and maintenance organisation founded on a proactive best practice maintenance culture, and safety maturity.
  • Working safe – all day, every day

About You

  • Demonstrated experience with planning and scheduling for servicing and preventative maintenance, repair estimate, forecasting and budgeting of recurring repairs, inspection of repairs and maintaining safety standards
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset, the ability to problem-solve and think laterally
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy/ERP system knowledge

Storeperson

We are seeking a real go-getter Storeperson to work in our Mansfield Warehouse, the duties will include:

  • Data entry on computer systems daily
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Accuracy when checking deliveries
  • Pick and packing of orders
  • Driving of forklift within warehouse environment
  • Component assembly and packaging
  • General warehouse duties

About You

  • You will hold a current drivers licence (manual preferred) and forklift licence
  • Have previous experience in warehousing & stock movement

MACKAY

Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sprinkler Fitter to join our Queensland Team, servicing customers throughout the Mining Industry. This role enjoys the lifestyle of a 7/7 Roster. Your duties will include:

  • Work Safely, every time, every day.
  • Installation, maintenance and servicing of Fire Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Hose Reel Systems & Fire Pump sets.
  • Undertaking Hydrostatic tests and Flow tests on Wet Fire Systems.
  • Take part in Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, fire services and water supply systems.
  • Efficiently undertake a variety of tasks ranging from fixing leaks to installing new fixed fire systems.
  • Undertake AS1851 statutory maintenance on fire systems and report any defects as required.

About You

  • You will have:
    • A current QBCC Licence (Fire Protection Scope – Hydrants and Pump sets, sprinkler & suppression systems).
    • A valid and unrestricted open Queensland driver’s licence.
    • A thorough knowledge of fire services and Australian Standards AS2118, AS2419, AS2441, AS2941 & AS1851.
    • Ability to Identify defects on Fire Systems and compilation of a report for recommended repairs.
    • Trouble shoot system performance issues and fault diagnosis.
    • Ability to undertake system isolations including system drain downs and re-pressurisation.
    • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a range of people.
    • The ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines.
  • Other Qualifications & Competencies which would be a highly regarded;
    • QBCC Special Hazards licence
    • EAHL Licence

  • Use your knowledge of applicable fire services and Australian Standards.
  • Identify defects on Dry Fire Systems and compilation of a report for recommended repairs.

About You:

You will have as a minimum;

  • A current QBCC Electrical Mechanics licence.
  • A current QBCC Fire Occupational license with the classes; Install & Maintain Fire. Alarm Systems; Inspect & Test Emergency Lighting.
  • A valid and unrestricted open Queensland driver’s licence.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system performance issues and fault diagnosis.
  • Ability to undertake system isolations and sound knowledge of Fire Indicator Panels.
  • Solid understanding of Dry Fire Services in industrial buildings and on mine sites.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a range of people.
  • The ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines.

The following will be highly regarded:
